Pre-Sales Officer

Responsibilities

  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Gather business requirements and assist in solution scoping activities.
  • Prepare proposals, demo environments, and presentation materials for prospects.
  • Bridge the gap between client needs and our Odoo-powered solutions.
  • Maintain client relationships and follow up on opportunities, meetings, and RFPs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BIT, BIS, MIS, or AIS
  • Strong presentation and analytical skills
  • Up to 3 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP
  • Proven ability to engage clients and communicate Odoo value effectively
  • Excellent English language skills (Reading, Understanding, Writing, and Speaking).
  • Knowledge of Google suite & MS office tools.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in ERP pre-sales or consultancy roles
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in proposal preparation and RFP responses
