Responsibilities
- Take Full end-to-end ownership of Odoo ERP implementation projects and tasks during all phases and the hyper-care period

Conduct & participate in requirement gathering sessions, gap analysis sessions and assist in documenting business processes.
- Configure, test, and deliver Odoo features and modules based on business requirements.
- Provide support, training, and troubleshooting to users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-launch hyper-care period.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BIT, BIS, MIS, AIS, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in Odoo, ERP systems, business analysis, or software implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
Nice to have
- Knowledge of business processes such as HR, Accounting, Inventory, or CRM.
- Experience in data migration, testing, or user training activities.
- Strong advisory skills with the ability to confidently steer clients toward Odoo best practices.
- Odoo certifications or implementation training.
