Odoo Implementer

Responsibilities

  • Take Full end-to-end ownership of Odoo ERP implementation projects and tasks during all phases and the hyper-care period
  • ​Conduct & participate in requirement gathering sessions, gap analysis sessions and assist in documenting business processes.
  • Configure, test, and deliver Odoo features and modules based on business requirements.
  • Provide support, training, and troubleshooting to users during user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-launch hyper-care period.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, BIT, BIS, MIS, AIS, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in Odoo, ERP systems, business analysis, or software implementation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic
  • Good knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of business processes such as HR, Accounting, Inventory, or CRM.
  • Experience in data migration, testing, or user training activities.
  • Strong advisory skills with the ability to confidently steer clients toward Odoo best practices.
  • Odoo certifications or implementation training.
