Lead Generation Specialist

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or B2B sales support
  • Hands-on experience using lead generation tools (Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo is a strong plus)
  • Knowledge of version control systems like GIT, Bitbucket...etc.
  • Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and target-driven
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients across target industries
  • Run multi-channel outreach (Email, LinkedIn, Calls, WhatsApp)
  • Execute lead generation campaigns through social media platforms
  • Use lead-generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and similar platforms to enrich data and find new prospects
  • Qualify leads based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Maintain accurate lead data and activities inside Odoo CRM
  • Book the first meeting with the account manager

Nice to have

  • Understanding of B2B sales cycles and account-based marketing
  • Basic knowledge of data analytics or reporting tools
  • Certification or courses in digital marketing, CRM, or lead generation
  • Knowledge of Odoo ecosystem or exposure to ERP solutions
